Frequently asked questions:Q. My card didn't arrive at my friend's email address?
A. SPAM filters today do a very good job. Ask your friend to check their junk box, or forward the copy email you received when you purchased the card.
Q. My friend received the card but couldn't play the film?
A. The ecards require Adobe Flash Player to view. Please ask your friend to download this for free from the Adobe Flash Player website.
Q. My friend clicked on the link but no card appeared?
A. The link to your card remains active for two weeks, after which time it is deleted.
Q. I want to login but don't have a password?
A. You can only login once you have been given a password by Paypal. You don't need to login in order to send free ecards.
